We sincerely apologize, but we do not accept returns or offer refunds for dissatisfaction or change of mind. Due to the high logistics costs associated with international shipping (7-20 days), we encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchasing.
Exceptions: Refunds will only be considered for issues caused by us, such as:
Incorrect product shipped (wrong style/design).
Package lost during transit (confirmed after investigation).
2. Under what circumstances will you issue a refund?
