Cutershoe Order Tracking Guide

1. How to Track Your Order
a. Via Order Confirmation Email
- After your order is shipped, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the logistics provider’s tracking page.
- Click the link or copy the tracking number to the carrier’s website (e.g., YunExpress, China Post, SF Express) for real-time updates.
b. Through Your Cutershoe Account
- Log in to your Cutershoe account and go to Order History.
- Locate your order and click Track Package to view the latest shipping status.
c. Use Third-Party Tracking Tools
- Copy your tracking number and paste it into global tracking platforms like:

- Processing Time: 1-3 business days.
- Shipping Time: 7-20 business days after dispatch (varies by destination and customs clearance).
3. Tracking Status Explanations
- Dispatched: Order shipped from our warehouse.
- In Transit: Package is en route to your country.
- Customs Clearance: Package is undergoing customs inspection (delays possible).
- Out for Delivery: Local carrier is delivering your package.
4. What to Do If Tracking Stops Updating?
- Wait 3-5 Days: Updates may pause during international transfers or customs.
- Contact Us: If no updates for 10+ days, email us at cutershoe@outlook.com with your order number and tracking details.
5. Important Notes
- Address Accuracy: We ship to the address provided at checkout. Incorrect addresses may result in failed deliveries.
